  • Corporate Sponsorships for HOPCON – Midwest include Gold, Silver, & Bronze levels, while HOPCON – New England includes Platinum, Gold, Silver & Bronze levels,
  • Corporate sponsors will have access to our Exhibits – a cocktail reception atmosphere with HOPCON organizers, leadership, and attendees to have meaningful conversations.
  • Our Independent Sponsorships include several benefits such as sponsoring the name badge lanyards, WiFi, or hotel key cards.
  • Health Care Organizations may also sponsor HOPCON, which includes a table in the Exhibit Hall and a discount on registration for all employees of the health care organization.

HOPCON – New England will be offering advisory boards this year. Advisory boards and focus groups provide an opportunity to ask experienced and influential oncology pharmacy professionals your burning questions and identify solutions to current challenges your company may be facing. During this dedicated and uninterrupted time, advisors can provide expertise and guidance to meet your objectives and advance the field of oncology pharmacy through the sharing of ideas and best practices. Satellite Symposia

Satellite symposia are 60-minute educational events, optionally accredited for continuing education, that fills an unmet educational need of the target audience.

Peak Exchange Reverse Expo

(Note: Only the HOPCON – New England will host a Peak Exchange Reverse Expo event in 2025)

The Peak Exchange Reverse Expo is a cost- and time-efficient way for members of the pharmaceutical industry to meet with Pharmacy Administration and Leadership participants (PAL) and Clinical Thought Leaders (CTL) who can offer information, insights, and perspectives about their organizations while learning about new developments and available resources for oncology products. PAL/CTLs at this one live Peak Exchange session will primarily represent institutions from the Northeast region. Platinum sponsors will receive access to the Peak Exchange as a benefit of sponsorship; access is also available for purchase outside of corporate sponsorship.
